Lichdom Cinematics

Cinematics project taken on by the Third Floor. This was the first project of this type to go through Third Floor; they had never produced using finals CGI pipeline. I was brought in for the tail end of the project to help deliver files to a vendor to complete the CGI effects/render. During the delivery of the 70 CG shots, I was the sole developer and manager of a team of artists tasked with animation delivery.

The team and I were able to work closely with our outside vendor to achieve an output format that they could not only work with, but excel with. This lead to many tools being created and workflows being altered on the fly as assets got further down the pipeline. Everyone learned a great deal from this project; the cinematics output is exceptional.
